(Day 17)
My eyes fluttered open, revealing my ceiling. How long has it been since Loanne and I left? Two days I believe. I stayed still, keeping my eyes on the ceiling. I just cannot believe that I actually left that place! And the bonus thing was that they did not try to find me! I guess Lily found a really good reason to make them stay in the territory. If she did that, I have to thank her with all my heart. I can finally go with peace… That caused a shapr pain in my heart as I thought that.
I exhaled loudly and closed my eyes for a bit. I wanted a bit of rest before waking up and doing my daily business. But of course that can’t happen to me, Loanne started knocking on my door. Softly calling me to wake up. I didn’t want to though. I was too lazy this morning. So I kept quiet with my eyes shut tightly.
I heard the door open softly, before footsteps came in. Then it went all silent before I felt my bed slightly dip from Loanne’s weight. “What are you doing?” I suddenly asked her as I peaked one eye open to stare her down.
She looked at me and smiled. “Well good morning lion! I made you breakfest, so hurry up get eady. Your food is awaiting for your arrival!” Loanne said as she sat and stared at me.
We stared at each other for a bit before I sighed and rubbed my eyes. “Do I have too? I’m having a lazy day…” I murmured to her. She looked at me with her head cocked to the side before shaking it.
“Nu–uh! Come on, we have to get you all active so that you won’t get sick faster!” Loanne stated as she jumped off the bed and onto her feet perfectly.
I scrunched my eyebrows together. “Oh yes! Not like I am already sick!” I said in a sarcastic tone. I
saw Loanne slightly tense up before she dropped her shoulders. I was already feeling bad.
“I’m so sorry Loanne. I should not have said that!” I began but Loanne cut me off.
“No its fine… I just shouldn’t be pushing you when you are already ill.” She said quietly as she stared outside, not wanting to meet my gaze.
“It’s my fault. Not yours! You were trying to make me feel comforted and happy before I go… I shouldn’t have said anything and should’ve just listened to you.” I stated as I sat up. My heavy blanket rolling gently down my chest and onto my arms.
“Let me get freshed up! Then let’s go do something fun outside today/” I stated as I slowly got out of the bed. Loanne looked at me and she smiled forcefully before nodding her head. She stood up and I watched her leave my room.

As the door firmly shifted, i clenched my fist and hit my head. “You are so stupid for saying that to ber!” I whispered angrily to myself.
We both are breakfest in not silence I should say. But I could tell that Loanne was just simply talking to avoid the silence that is already happening between us. But man was I glad breakfest was over! But then here I was sitting in the living room. Watching this stupid sitcom show that brings me no joy of ever watching it. I had a scowl on my face as I watched the people laugh at whatever the person had said as Loanne walked back in with a bag of chips and of course some hot drinks.
“If you get so angry watching this why are you still on it?” Loanne said as she placed everything on
the table.
“Because there is nothing on and the show that I want to watch is after this stupid dumb of poo show. So I have to go through this and wait.” I stated as I leaned forward to grab a piece of chip.
“You are one weird child” Loanne murmured probably to herself. I looked at her and rolled my
eyes.
“Please! Who was the girl that cried out to Barney saying that you want his purple dino penis!” I
retorted back at her.
Loanne choked a bit and she turned fully to look at me. “How do you know that?!?!?!?” She said to me with her eyes wide as the moon.
“Your room is next to mine so of course I can hear you sleep talk at night! Man you get so loud at night that I want to strangle you!” I said to her as I turned my attention back to my nice hot cup of
chocolate.
Loanne did not reply back so I turned my head to see what she was doing, and yes she was still staring at me with wide eyes but this time her mouth was huge!
1 stifled my laughter in as I looked at her. “Are you okay Loanne?” I asid as I tried to surpress my
laughter.
“Do you think I’m okay????? I am fucking so embarrassed now!!!!! I can’t believe I said that out
loud!!!!!” She exclaimed.
I laughed and clutched onto my stomach as she continued rampaging on. The awkward tension between us is now gone.
I kept on rubbing my eyes as I stood in front of the mirror. Something was going on. I dropped my

hands a bit and blinked a couple of times. My vision went back to normal, but then it went blurry a few minutes later I whimpered a bit and started rubbing my eyes.
Was something in my eyes right now?
1 continued rubbing it for a good minute before dropping my hands again. I looked at myself through the mirror, wating for it to happen again and was glad that it did not happert. Though it was
strange.
I knew that I should probably go and talk to my doctor about it, but then because of my logic side, f pushed it aside and thought that it has to be that something got into my eyes.
Leaving the bathroom, I went into my bedroom and climbed slowly into my soft bed. I sighed in content and as i slowly turned to to close the lamp, a sharp pain flashed through my head. I groaned and clutched my head with both arms as I tried to regain my breath. The pain was there for a
moment before it suddenly went away.
Is something going on with my head now? I hope not, that was all I could think of before I fell to sleep.
