Chapter 25
(Day o)
A couple of days have passed. And so far everything was peaceful. I was glad that Lily and Loanne became close friends wth each other, though I can tell that Loanne was a bit unsure about her decision becoming friends with a supernatural being. But rest assured, I told her that Lily was nothing but a sweetheart when it came to taking/ protecting me.
I was sitting in the room that I now share with Loanne. And it was nice that she was staying with me. I have been getting pains and been vomiting a ton. So having Loanne take care of me after that, it made me happy. But there was still times when I felt like I was bothering her too much. Like I was asking from her for something which I wasn’t doing.
I knew that somewhere i have to leave quite soon. But I couldn’t say it to them yet. Loanne would give me looks telling me that we have to leave soon. We both can already see the change thats happening on my body. I was shocked though, that they could not notice the little changes that appears everyday. But i knew from Jayden’s eyes that there was something going on that was bothering him. Actually the entire atmosphere in the territory was really guarded.
I wanted to ask him, but I was not a part of the pack anymore. I am just a regular human so I shouldn’t stick my head in their business. It’s the pack business.
But I couldn’t help but think, it was something horrifying. That something terrible will happen to everyone here. Shaking my head from those thoughts, I stood up and winced as my aching bones let
out a cry of protest.
My body wanted sleep but I didn’t want too. Bad I know, but I wanted to get out there and hang out with the girls. It will help me decide whether or not I should tell them tonight, or keep it for another
week and then I will tell them.
(Day 10)
I sat down brushing my tangled hair as I stared at my reflection. I can still hear the sound of the water running in the bathroom as Loanne took a shower. It gave me enough time to call.
Putting my brush down on the table, I stood up and walked over to where I kept my phone. Picking it up, I slowly turned it on, pressing my contact book I scrolled down to the one name that I needed to call. Closing my eyes, I took a deep breath as my finger hoovered above the name.
Slowly pressing it, I placed the phone to my ear, my heart beating very fast as I waited to hear that
person’s voice.
“Hello, you called my number and unfortunately I couldn’t answer it right away so please leave a

best!” Issac’s voice said. I laughed a bit as I can already picture his cocky smile but my smile ended
up dying as my eyes filled up with tears as the many memories of him being cocky to me flashed through my mind. I closed my eyes and pressed the redial button,
I needed to hear his voice again. I could feel my heart break as I kept on redialing his number. Call me crazy for doing this. But you know when you have those days that you just need something that makes you feel nostaglic. To remind you.
Repeatedly, I pressed it as the tears fell out even more. I tried to hold back the sobs, I didn’t want
anyone to hear so there I was, clutching my phone while my hand is over my mouth as my eyes are shut tightly.
