After the orientation camp ended, life settled into a routine. Leo was in the Computer Science department
on the east campus; I was in the Law department on the west.
He was undeniably handsome, and from the first day of school, his face had been all over the university’s
Confession Wall.
Finally, someone posted: @All the people confessing their love for Leo Sterling from CS: Give it up. I’m in the w department, and I have a class with his girlfriend. He comes and sits with her practically every chance
gets. It’s super sweet. Let’s all just move on, okay?
The post was accompanied by a picture of me, sitting by the window with a stern look on my face, while Leo frowned beside me, looking like a puppy who had just been scolded.
In reality, I was just telling him to stop skipping his own classes to come to mine.
But the story that spread was that Leo was like a doting husband, looking all sad and pitiful.
