“Garbisch, Leanna has been living not far from our mansion for six years now,” Jessica said.

Malik’s team had only four members, while all of Novigrad’s teams had five.

Immediately, everyone’s spirits were lifted. They were determined to perform well in front of the King. Especially since this year, two princes were also leading teams, which were Henry and Keenan.

This Autumn Hunt was a chance to shine before their father, the King. If they impressed him, they might earn merit and be granted titles like the other

The demonstration was about to begin. It was a basic assessment of each team’s riding and archery skills, performed in a large open space.
Andrew ordered the targets to be set. Melvin led his team around the field for a warm–up lap, kicking off the demonstration.
In their five–person team, three hit the bullseye, and the remaining two hit very close. No one missed the target.
Then, Davon led his team for a lap. Four of them hit the bullseye. Again, no one missed.
Next up was Leon.
Besides Prince Leon himself, there were his trusted guards, Shawn and Magnus. For the other two members, he casually selected two men from among his followers.

At least from what he knew, the most skilled fighters weren’t in the group Leon brought today. They weren’t participating in the demonstration.
Jessica finally understood what Leon meant when he said that his people could be used “casually.”
The talents within his estate were truly so abundant, he didn’t even need to think about it. This guy wasn’t joking.
