Priscilla was actually thrown out of her own room by the guards.
Drizzle Pavilion now belonged to Yuna.
Priscilla had thought her sister was just bluffing, but she hadn’t. She truly acted on her words.
There had never been guards stationed at her courtyard before. These two guards had been transferred in from Moonlight Manor.
On the first day, Priscilla endured it.
On the second day, she learned that Waldo had once again taken Yuna out with him for the whole day. Priscilla could no longer hold it in.
That night, she dressed in a gauzy gown, carefully adorned herself, and personally took the refreshments from Eda.
“My lady, His Highness did like you very much before. We all saw it. It’s just… your temper…” Eda paused, afraid of upsetting Priscilla.
Priscilla said, “Go on. I’m listening.”
Eda hesitated, then finally said, “Your temper used to be… difficult. That’s why His Highness often got upset. If you could be a bit more gentle with him, he would surely come back to you.”
So, tonight, Priscilla was unusually soft and tender. Even Waldo noticed the change.
Watching her carefully serve him, Waldo finally relented. “You don’t have to do this. When I first met you, you weren’t like this.”
He was genuinely reflective.
Back then, Priscilla had been full of pride. But now, all that sharpness seemed worn away.
Even Waldo didn’t know where things had gone wrong. He thought maybe he had changed, or maybe Priscilla had changed.
Priscilla said, “Waldo, I want to marry you.”
Seeing his brows furrow, Priscilla quickly explained, “I’m not asking to become your princess consort. I know the King and Consort Adele would never allow it. I overheard people saying that I’m always by your side, but’l have no name, no title…”
Because she had no title, even Yuna could walk all over her.
Drizzle Pavilion was only a temporary place for her. It never truly belonged to her.
Eda had told her that once she became a secondary consort, she would have a rightful place in the manor, and no one could push her aside again.
“Before the official wedding, a prince cannot take a secondary consort. Priscilla, why are you being so unreasonable?” A crisp voice suddenly rang out
from outside the room.

Hughie had entered, leading in Yuna.
Yuna glanced at Priscilla, then turned and smiled politely at Waldo. “She’s still young and doesn’t understand things. Your Highness, please don’t take it
to heart.”
“She’s not that young anymore…” Waldo’s words carried an unmistakable trace of displeasure.
Jessica and Priscilla were both adults. And yet Jessica was wise, composed, and knew her place. Priscilla, on the other hand, always seemed to be creating trouble.

Waldo’s mood began to sour. Not just because of Priscilla’s immaturity, but because he was reminded of Jessica again.
“Still just a little girl in the end,” Yuna said as she looked at Priscilla with a kind of indulgent condescension. “Perhaps it’s because i took over her room. today and asked her to move to the west wing. She must be upset about that.”
Priscilla muttered, “Yuna…”
Yuna interrupted. “You’re still young, but while I can spoil you, I won’t coddle you.”
Súddenly, Yuna’s expression turned cold, her tone strict. “You’ve been too spoiled in the past. That’s why you kept making His Highness angry. From today on, I will properly discipline you, so that one day, you’ll be fit to become the perfect consort.”
