Chapter 79
Lizzie and her group arrived at the restaurant.
The restaurant walls were painted white and had a few posters hanging. The tables and chairs were old–fashioned wooden style, and the tabletops were wiped fairly clean.
Oswaldo didn’t really care about this, so he just sat down casually while Zackery took Vivian to the counter to order.
Now, only Lizzie and Oswaldo are left.
Oswaldo wasn’t nervous anymore. He pushed his black–framed glasses up his nose and asked, “Ms. Trevino, can you tell me more about that lithography machine?”
His hand clenched the edge of the table tightly, “Don’t worry, I… I won’t tell. Terrence you’ve talked to me, I’ll even remind him…‘
Before he could finish, Lizzie said, “Sure.”

She came back to life with the intention of using the known technology to strengthen the country, not allowing foreign technology to hinder Sylphoria’s development.
Using the lithography machine as bait, Terrence stepped in to help her out of trouble and clear the stain on her. This was just part of the plan.
But that doesn’t mean she will keep everything to herself.
Sharing and spreading technology can maximize its value.
She had a lot on her mind, not just “lithography machine” technology.

Oswaldo kept saying, “Hurry up and get your things done! Huh? What did you say?”
Lizzie simply said, “The core of the lithography machine lies in the precise coordination of the light source, optical system, mask, and worktable.”
She didn’t hide anything, she explained the basic principles and key technologies of the lithography machine in a way that can be understood in today’s era.
Oswaldo immediately got rid of all discomfort, sat up straight, focused his eyes, and seemed to enter another world in an instant.
Oswaldo listened, at first he was excited, he was thrilled, like opening a door to a whole new world.
But gradually, the excitement faded from his face, and his brow furrowed more and more.
He found out that many details described by Lizzie, involving precision manufacturing and material technology, required a well- equipped facility and professional personnel. For example – conducting it at Equinox Research Laboratory.
As Terrence said, in order to make a lithography machine, she had to go back to Equinox Research Laboratory.
After dinner, Oswaldo took Lizzie back to the Trevino’s house.
At the Trevino’s house door, Vivian was leaning on Oswaldo’s shoulder, her eyes almost closed, but as soon as she felt like leaving, she immediately snapped out of it.
She struggled to slide down, ran over with her short legs, and ugged Lizzie’s legs.

“Lizzie, Vivian didn’t want to be apart from you…”
She looked up with her small face, her big eyes like black grapes filled with tears, her baby voice full of reluctance, and a nasal tone from not being fully awake.
That pitiful look on her face, it melted Lizzie’s heart.
Lizzie bent down, sat on the car’s step, and picked up Vivian. She gently patted her back, coaxing, “Vivian, be good. It’s getting dark, time to go home and sleep with daddy.”
“No, no, Vivian wants Lizzie.” Vivian shook her little head like a tambourine, gripping her hand tighter.
Oswaldo stood to the side, watching his daughter act spoiled, with a -look of helplessness and apology on his face.
“Vivian, listen, Dad will take you to see Lizzie another time, okay?”
Vivian pouted, tears swirling in her eyes, refusing to let go, “Dad never had time.”
Zackery also squatted down and coaxed, “Vivian is the best, look, it’s getting dark, Lizzie needs to rest too. Lizzie got hurt, she needs to rest.”
Vivian, who had been holding onto Lizzie tightly, hesitated when she heard that. She loosened her grip on Lizzie’s clothes and couldn’t help but relax a bit.
Lizzie saw how well–behaved Vivian was and she became even more fond of her. She gently patted Vivian and coaxed, “If Vivian’s dad is busy, I can come and visit you guys, okay?”
Vivian blinked her big eyes, “Will you come when you’re all better?”

Lizzie kissed her rosy round face and said, “Yeah, I’m all better now, I’m gonna go find Vivian.”
“She pointed with her chubby little finger.”
Lizzie smiled and reached out her finger, giving her a little hook.
“Lagging behind, never allowed to change for a hundred years.”
Vivian smiled and slid down from Lizzie, then obediently held Oswaldo’s finger with her little hand.
The car started, and through the car window, Vivian waved to Lizzie, saying, “Lizzie, see you later. Lizzie will come to see me, meow.”
When the car left, Vivian was still crying and burying her face in Oswaldo’s arms.
This tug–of–war at the door, full of reluctance, naturally caught the eyes of the neighbors who hadn’t dispersed yet.
