“Theron, we received a tip–off. You were reported for having conduct issues and suspected of abusing your power. Please come with us for investigation.”
Vanessa exploded when she heard this, she stood in front of Theron.
“What nonsense are you talking about! I know my son the best! He is upright and honest, how could he have any character issues! Are you mistaken?”
Theron grabbed his emotional mother and said. “Mom! Don’t be like this.”
Johanna also heard the noise. struggled to get up, and walked out of the ward.
She grabbed the excited Vanessa. “Madam Howland, don’t get too excited.”
Vanessa wanted to break free at first, but then she thought about how weak Johanna is now, so she was too scared to struggle and just let her hold her hand.
Johanna let out a sigh of relief, she was afraid Vanessa would get rowdy and bump into her.
Seeing Vanessa calm down, she comforted slowly, “Madam Howland, we gotta trust the government, trust that the officials from the Bureau of Investigation will definitely get to the bottom of this.”

That was like a bucket of cold water, it made Vanessa calm down a bit.

Theron didn’t stay any longer, he turned around and followed those two people in uniforms leaving.
As soon as they left, Vanessa’s legs gave out and she sat on the ground, crying out. “Damn it! Who’s the heartless bastard trying to harm my son?”
Johanna held her stomach and slowly squatted down, “Madam
Howland, you better get up, the ground is cold. If you’re sick, Theron will be even more worried.”
Vanessa was helped back to the ward by Johanna and Jasmin, she was so worried that she fell ill right away.
