“No, I’m your daughter!” Valentina shouted loudly, pulling up her skirt as she tried to march toward the stage.
The people standing nearby had already anticipated this and immediately grabbed Valentina, saying, “Miss, please don’t disrupt Mr. Clark’s speech
Valentina was nearly driven to madness. She screamed, “Let go of t mel Who are you people? I’m Valentinal I’m the true star of this party! I am the legitimate daughter of the Clark family! How dare you hold me back?”
Her loud outbursts quickly attracted the attention of those around them.
But before she could do anything, someone covered her mouth and dragged her to a corner, holding her tight despite her struggles and shouts.

Valentina couldn’t believe it. She shook her head frantically, thinking, ‘This can’t be true. My dad would never do this to me. Didn’t he always say that I’m the only true daughter of the Clark family? How is this happening now?‘
Her eyes filled with tears as she looked at the people in front of her, realizing they were neither hotel staff nor company employees, nor relatives of the Clark family.
They were dressed in identical black uniforms, with a dark logo on the upper

The gift–giving ceremony began, and Valentina was released.

The entire room was stunned by the announcement.
“No way. They’re giving away a whole company?”
“Wow… I know that company. They’ve made a lot of stars lately. And now, they’re gifting a multi–million–dollar entertainment company? They must be
loaded!”
“My God, what kind of person did Valerie marry?”
“He’s handsome and so generous… I’m so jealous!”
“Oh my God, I’m green with envy.”
Even Juliette was left gaping in shock.
“Oh my God…”
“Is this really the same devil Valerie married?”
Wasn’t he supposed to be fierce and cold? Wasn’t he the one who wouldn’t even talk to her at home, like strangers?

Juliette thought, ‘Valerie, you liar.
Not only was everyone around her stunned, but even Valerie herself was confused.
This wasn’t just a gift from Aiden–it also had her name on it?
Valentina could feel the mixed emotions around her as envious gazes met Valerie. She felt overwhelmed at the center of it all..
What was even more uncomfortable was that even Everett looked at her with a tender, almost loving gaze.
Valerie felt uneasy under his gaze and instinctively glanced at Aiden. She found him calm and composed, unaffected by the crowd’s attention.
As though sensing her gaze, Aiden turned to look at her. His normally detached expression softened, and a subtle smile appeared on his lips as he whispered, “A grand gift for you.”
Valerie froze for a moment. “W–What? It wasn’t even for me.”
But as soon as the words left her mouth, she felt a pang of guilt and quietly muttered, “And why did you have to buy something so expensive? You could’ve just bought a regular gift…”
Everett’s feelings weren’t worth such an extravagant gift.
It was such a waste.
Aiden couldn’t help but chuckle lightly, leaning closer to her and saying, “Such a little housekeeper.”
Valerie’s mind went blank as she flushed and instinctively pulled away from his breath.
Aiden chuckled again, “Don’t worry, we have plenty more.”
Valerie blushed even more, stammering, “Who… who’s ‘we‘? And can you stop standing so close every time you talk?”
Pushing his face away, Valerie looked elsewhere, her thoughts racing.
Despite the loud noises around them, Valerie felt like everything faded away. The only thing she could hear was the pounding of her own heart.
Suddenly, she spotted someone in the distance.
Valentina was hiding behind a screen, glaring in her direction with unmistakable hatred in her eyes.
Seeing her, Valerie smiled slightly and then flashed a radiant smile, waving at her.
Valentina, seeing this, was so enraged that she almost coughed up blood, gritting her teeth in fury.
Valentina turned away, her eyes filled with venom, and quickly disappeared.
Valerie watched her retreating figure, a thoughtful look crossing her face as she instinctively searched for Juliette.
As expected, Juliette was gone.
They must have been working together all along, and she had been completely unaware of it last time…
Now, were they going to repeat their old tricks?
Valerie thought of Nelson, a sharp pang of guilt cutting through her.
