Priscilla’s letter was simpla, just a few lines.

Catching him off guard, she pushed him away. When he tried to embrace her again, she had already stepped back, putting distance between them.
Waldo said, “Priscilla, let me explain…
She retorted, “What is there to explain? You told me to get lost Waldo, now that I’ve left, isn’t that exactly what you wanted?”
Waldo explained, “I didn’t mean that…I was just… just really angry at the time
“Do you know why I caused such a scene?” Priscilla glared at him.
Waldo was caught off guard. “Why?”
Priscilla’s emotions finally broke. Tears streamed down her face as the said hoarsely, “Because I have no sense of security. You make me feel unsafe! You still have another woman in your heart!”
She continued, “Waldo, I told you long ago. I am not like those other women! I don’t scheme, I don’t read minds, and I don’t know how to win your favor!”
She added, “I don’t play games, I don’t tread carefully, I don’t want your wealth or title. I was even willing to stay y by your side with no name and no status. Arfd why? Because I love you! I will love only you! But what about you?”
Her words nearly shattered Waldo’s heart. Priscilla truly was different from the rest.
She really didn’t understand the art of manipulation All she knew was how to love him, and expected him to love her just as purely in return.
if she were the scheming type, she’d be like Jessica, calculating and guarded. But Priscilla had no such tricks up her sleeve.
If she did, she wouldn’t have thrown tantrums and be so unreasonable.
A heart that asked for neither power nor profit, only true love in exchange. It was rare and precious.
“I’m sorry. Priscilla. I was wrong!” Waldo hold her tightly again, murmuring, “I almost missed out on the purest and most sincere woman in the world. I’m sorry, I’ll never let you be hurt again.”
