ollins heard my words,something shifted in his gaze.
The emotions he had kept tightly under control surged like a tidal wave. His eyes darkened,intense and deep,exuding a sudden,irresistible aggression that made my heart race.
Collins leaned over slightly,closed to me and smiled,his peach blossom eyes curved,the mole at the corner of his eye like a drop of ink falling on the water,unsettling my entire heart.
“Are you that anxious to give me your love?” He asked in a low voice,” I don’t mind.”
My heart beat faster. The long–lost thumping,without humiliation, without grievance,just pure heartbeat.
I almost thanked myself for not wearing my heart monitor today. The numbers would have been terrifying.
I did not know where the courage came from,maybe it was the heat of his gaze,or maybe it’s just that it’s been too long since I’ve been seriously liked like this.I leaned in and kissed him lightly on the corner of his mouth.

The moment Nathan walked out of the hospital,the sun was hanging in the middle of the sky,but
his heart felt as if it had fallen into ice.
