Chapter 101
At the entrance of the courtyard, Vanessa, who had been secretly observing the situation, saw Brycen being completely subdued, and quickly squeezed out of the crowd without looking back.
“I think Theron still has a thing for that girl Lizzie. When you go back, make sure not to tell Theron about what happened today…”
Squeezing out of the crowded crowd, Vanessa turned back and reminded Jasmin.
The two of them were walking fast, thinking they had walked out of the crowd and there was no one ahead, but suddenly they bumped into a solid chest.
Vanessa stumbled and almost fell back a step.
Jasmin quickly caught her from behind and prevented her from falling.
Vanessa was not happy and wondered who was standing in the middle of the road for no reason. When she looked up, she saw the last person they wanted to see at that moment!
Theron saw them and was stunned, “What are you doing here?”
He took the day off today to hang out with them, but Vanessa and Jasmin said he didn’t need to accompany them, so he just came over for a visit.
Even though he knew/Lizzie couldn’t move around now, he still came over, not expecting to bump into Vanessa and Jasmin here.
And seeing how flustered they looked, it was obvious they had just
come from the Trevino’s house.
His gaze passed over them, landing on the chaotic crowd not far away and the collapsed gate of “the Trevino’s house“.
A bad feeling surged in my heart.
Theron’s face fell instantly, “You guys are causing trouble for Lizzie again?”
Vanessa felt guilty when he asked her, but thinking about her son who had always been obedient and never raised his voice to her, speaking to her in this way for Lizzie made her furious!
“Why did you run over here?”
Both sides of this alley were lined with houses, with no other side streets. It’s obvious why Theron came here!
“Are you still thinking about that Lizzie? Do you want to make her?”
Vanessa was so mad that her chest hurt!

Theron frowned, his mother and sister came out, but those people were still gathered in front of the Trevino’s house, obviously the trouble was still at the Trevino’s house, not resolved yet!
He couldn’t be bothered to argue with her, so he just walked away towards the Trevino’s house.
“Stop right there!”
Vanessa grabbed his arm tightly and wouldn’t let him go.
“You are not allowed to go!”

Theron tried to shake off her hand, but Vanessa held on tight,
Seeing that she couldn’t hold Theron back, Vanessa’s eyes rolled and suddenly exclaimed, “Ouch!” before collapsing to the ground.
“Ouch… I feel dizzy…”
Theron paused.
He knew his mother was probably pretending, but he still showed filial piety and reached out to help her.
Vanessa lowered her head, hiding the smile on her face – “I am indeed more important than Lizzie!“.
After stabilizing her, Theron handed her over to Jasmin next to him and said. “Jasmin, keep an eye on mom. I’ll be right back.”
After saying that, he didn’t hesitate anymore and pushed his way into the crowd.
Jasmin immediately reached out to stop him, but he didn’t even grab the corner of his clothes, just watched Theron’s figure disappear into the crowd, stomping his feet in frustration.
“Theron! Theron!”
Lizzie squatted down and checked on Fredrick. His hand was lightly pressed against his waist, his brow furrowed, obviously not taking that hit lightly.
“Fredrick, how are you feeling?”
Fredrick wanted to sit up. “It’s okay, just bumped into something… Ouch.”
He forced himself to exert, wincing in pain.

Lizzie wanted to help him, but Chaim reached out first and helped him stand up, then slowly sat down in the wheelchair Lizzie had placed in the yard.
“Injuring tendons and bones is no small matter. Don’t move, we’ll go to the hospital to get it checked out properly in a bit.”
“Emery should be back soon. Let him find someone to help. We’ll take you to the hospital for a check–up together.”
Fredrick nodded, hand on his waist.
Lizzie stood up and turned to the two police officers.
“Mr. Police, I need to take my elderly family members to the hospital first. Can I come to the station later to make a statement?”
The leading police officer nodded, indicating understanding.
“Okay, I’ll be at the office for the next two days.”
After he finished speaking, he quickly handcuffed Alvaro and Brycen tightly and escorted them out.
Alvaro had a leg injury, and at that moment he wasn’t screaming in pain, but it seemed to be broken, hurting so much that he could barely stand.
The police had to drag him out.
